He also submitted that the acceptance of the partial refund of Rs. 2,22,444/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Four only) by the representative of the appellant cannot be the ground for rejecting the claim of the balance amount as there is no estoppel against law.
