2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 5937 of 2024 (State Vs. Sudhakar Rai and another) arising out of case crime No. 239 of 2022 under section 323, 504, 506, 325 IPC, Police Station Kandharapur, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.10, Azamgarh including impugned charge sheet dated 7.10.2022 as well as impugned cognizance / summoning order 4.5.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No.10, Azamgarh.
