Though, normally I refused to hear the
matters of Mr. Aditya Singh, Advocate, but in
the instant case, the respondent Counsel, since
has made a statement at the Bar that the cause
as against which the present revision has been
filed i.e. against the order dated 17.05.2018, as
rendered by the court of 1st Additional Civil
Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar in O.S.
No.139 of 2013, "Kuldeep Kumar Khandelwal
Vs. Raghunandan Lal Behal & others".
