20. Before parting with the instant appeal, suffice to state that the
decision in the case of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. (supra) cited by
the learned counsel for the appellant is clearly distinguishable since it
was a case where claimants had miserably failed to prove that their
deceased son was employed as cleaner with the registered owner.
