Srinivasa Rao, ; D. Manga v. D. Venkata Ramana, ; Jaya Krishna Panigrahi v. Surekha Panigrahi, 1995 (3) ALT 195; Chiranjeevi v. Lavanya, ; and Anagalla Padmalatha v. A. Sudershan Rao, AIR 2000 AP 353; and submitted that in the light of the principles laid down in the said decisions the conduct of the wife amounts to cruelty, and therefore, the decree granted by the Court below dissolving the marriage is justified.
