the view taken by learned Single Judge of this Court in Smt.Karnail
Kaur's case (supra), to the effect that in throwing a coin in the air for
the purpose of tossing up, there is a possibility of drawer to determine
the result, is not correct. The conclusion of the learned Single Judge
based on the said observations is not sustainable.
