5. In this view of the matter, we deem it
appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the
respondents to grant work charge status to the
petitioner on completion of eight years of service with
all consequential benefits. The monetary benefits shall
be confined to three years from filing of Original
Application No. 6949 of 2016, titled as "Arvind Singh
versus State of H.P. and others". Ordered accordingly.
