In answer to the said contention, the respondents rely upon a decision of a learned Judge of this Court in W.P.Nos.24444 and 24445 of 2010 dated 18.11.2010 {R.Devadoss vs. Deputy Director}. It was held in the said decision that the requirement of a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., relates to the final attachment and not to the provisional attachment.
