By means of the present application under Section - 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Execution Case No. 942 of 2018 (Anamika Mehrotra vs. Navin Mehrotra), arising out of Case No.612 of 2014, under Section - 125(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station - Atarsuiya, District - Allahabad, within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court.
