Miss Jerbai S.C. Dinshaw1. It was further contended that the
lower Appellate Court also had erred in coming to the
conclusion that the acts were contrary to the provisions of

section 108(o) and 13(1)(a) of the Bombay Rent Act. It was
submitted that the lower Appellate Court had erred in
holding that running of social club by the tenant in the suit
premises amounts to nuisance and annoyance.
