By this petition, the petitioner has prayed that the
respondents may be directed to grant the benefit of senior scale
in the grade 7500-12000 on completion of 10 years. It is stated
by the petitioner that he has already moved a representation
before the respondents for redressal of his grievance but the
same has not been decided by the respondents. It is further
stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical
matter being SBCWP No.6726/2010 (Prem Narayan Pandiya vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors.), this Court has given liberty to the
similarly situtated person to file a fresh representation to the
respondent and thereafter has given a direction the the
respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner within a time
limit in accordance with law. Therefore, the learned counsel for
the petitioner has prayed that similar direction to this effect may
also be given in this writ petition.
