3.1 that the applicant was appointed on 23.11.2013 on the
post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in the office of the
4 OA No.390/2022
respondent No.3 i.e.Admn Branch (Coord) under the
Headquarter School of Artillery, Deolali, Distt. Nashik in the
state of Maharashtra. The applicant lives with his family
which includes his widowed mother Smt. Suman H. Jadhav,
aged 68 years, his wife Smt. Ashwini V. Jadhav, his son
Master Viraj V. Jadhav aged 4 years and his daughter Ms.
(Baby) Anushri V. Jadhav aged 1 year 2 months and he is
only sole bread winner for the family and he is the only child
of his mother and has no siblings.
