9. In the case in hand, it is not the case of the petitioner
that she was not present in the meeting. The participation of
the petitioner without any demur or objection and then
permitting the No Confidence Motion to move against her
cannot turn around and contain that there is a duty cast upon
on the part of the person who has presided over the meeting
to call upon such person to speak even if she is not willing
and such fact in the minutes of the meeting is required to be
recorded. At this stage, it is apposite to refer to the decision
of this Court in the case of Laljibhai Ramjibhai Makwana vs.
