controversy has been resolved by this Court vide order dated
06/04/2021 passed in Writ Petition No.6633/2021 (Nidhi Singh
Chouhan and others Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh and others )
The same is not disputed by the Government Advocate.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of in
terms of the directions contained in the aforesaid petition (supra) and
the same shall apply mutatis mutandis to the present cases with full
force.
