on sentence dated 05/02/2024; and further to sentence respondent
no. 2/convict Rohit Malik to maximum sentence available for
offences under Sections 323/354/506(ii) IPC; since both
aforesaid lis arise from same impugned order on sentence,
consequent to the impugned judgment of Magisterial Court.
