Instant application has filed against the order dated 22.10.2019 passed by the revisional court in Criminal Revision No.264 of 2018 (Raj Kumar Verma vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of order dated 10.09.2018 by rejecting application under section 173(8) Cr.P.C of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has received grievous injury, fracture of right parietal bone. He moved application under section 173(8). Investigating Officer had not discussed the injury received by the applicant in charge-sheet, therefore, moved application for further investigation. Trial court rejected application under section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, applicant filed Criminal Revision No.264 of 2018. Revision of the applicant had been rejected by order dated 22.10.2019 with observation that revisionist has option to produce all the medical examination report at the time of framing of charge and rejected revision of the applicant.
