removed in 2017. As regards Punjab Carrom Association, case of the
defendant is that its membership was disaffiliated by the General Council of
the defendant No.1 in its meeting held on 2nd November, 2017 and
membership of the original member State Association i.e. Punjab State

Carrom Association (Registered) represented by Gurinder Singh was
accepted. As noted above, since the elections of the 2015 Executive
Committee were set aside by the Govt. of India vide its letter dated 4 th
February, 2016, the office bearers of the said associations could not grant
recognition to the other State Association and accept its nomination.
