In response to the prayer made in I.A. 29527/2024, learned counsel
appearing for the plaintiff places reliance on a decision of the Supreme
Court in the case of Kasturi v. Iyyamperumal & Ors.,1 and on a decision of
the Punjab and Haryana High Court in the case of Ankush Anand v. Ram
Kishan Singh & Anr.2.
