ii. The Respondents shall also consider the case of the
applicant for regularization against the post of Junior
Engineer (Civil) under ST category keeping in view the
decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Umadevi
(supra), Vinod Kumar (supra), Jaggo (supra) and
Shyam Sunder Shukla (supra) on the subject, and if
the applicant is otherwise found fit, subject to outcome
of the complaint filed vide FIR No.0519/2021 registered
at PS Ashok Vihar, Delhi against him, the services of the
applicant shall be regularized in accordance with law
and in the spirit of constitutional mandate.
