This writ petition was ordered to be heard with CWP
No.15164 of 2011 titled as Minder and others v. State of Haryana
and others. The said writ petition has been disposed of vide an order
of even date. The challenge in the said writ petition was to the licence
granted to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 therein, whereas the challenge in
the present writ petition is to the acquisition of the land. Thus, the
issue raised in the present writ petition is distinct from the issues
raised in CWP No. 15164 of 2011.
