It is important to take note of a judgment of this Court in the case of Dashrath and others vs. State of U.P. through Secretary Home Deptt., Lucknow and another decided on 31.7.2013, wherein this court has rejected the application u/s 205 Cr.P.C. of the accused who moved an exemption application for dispensing his personal appearance without getting himself bailed out from the competent court.
