Taking into consideration the view which has been taken by
the Division Bench while deciding the issue in the case of Sukveer
Kaur and Anr. VS. State of Rajasthan and Ors. and fact that the
Special Leave Petition filed by the appellant against the said
judgment was not entertained by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we
do not find any ground to interfere with the order impugned
passed by the learned Single Judge.
