Ltd. and others:- In this case, Counsel for the applicant-Sh.Gurpreet Singh Sidhu submitted that Sh.Gurpreet Singh Sidhu is not the Managing Director/Director of the Company-Siswan Paradise Pvt. Limited and has no concern whatsoever with its affairs and management. He further submitted that even the menial workers working in Siswan Paradise Pvt. Limited have wrongly been shown as Directors.
