In the present petition, the respondent no. 3-Dr. Rehmatullah S/o
Habibullah has expired. This fact is gatherable from OWP no. 894/2013 titled
"Dr. Rehmatullah vs. State of J&K & ors". In the said writ petition-OWP No.
894/2013, respondent no. 3 herein- Dr. Rehmatullah had sought the transfer of
investigation under FIR No. 153/2012 dated 09.07.2012 to the State Vigilance
Organization/Crime Branch.
