7. Similar issue was considered by this Court in a batch of appeals with main case titled "The National Insurance co. Ltd. V. Narso Devi and another (CIMA No.119/2011) decided on 10.08.2016, where based on the Hon'ble Supreme Court decision, this Court apportioned the liability as per the Insurance Policy and insofar as other claims CIMA No. 472/2012 Page 2 of 20 accrued, benefits were given based on the Apex Court decision.
