We also find that this issue has been dealt with in a very short and crisp manner by the Honble Delhi High Court in its judgment and order dated 29.11.2005 in LPA No.2530/2005, Sanjeev Verma vs. District & Sessions Judge & Anr. (supra), a copy of which was produced by the learned counsel for the respondents during the course of hearing of the case.
