law show that object of the trust is also to help the public without any
discrimination on the basis of caste and religion. Government of Tamil
Nadu exempted the co-operative societies from all the provisions of Tamil
Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act vide G.O.Ms.No.2000, Home
dated 16.08.1976 CNo.II/27/HO/6060/76. Therefore, this Court finds that
landlord sangam is not entitled to maintain this petition. Learned counsel
for the landlord relied on the judgment reported in 2010 (2) MWN (Civil)
644 (S.Jesudoss ..vs.. A.P.Ramachandran), 1999 (1) CTC 146
