8. On the other hand, Mr. S.P. Dhankar, Ld. Counsel for both accused persons have argued that accused persons have been falsely implicated. Further, testimony of police witnesses cannot be relied upon. It was also argued that the weapon of offence i.e. the knife has not been recovered and the injury, if any, is self inflicted.
