contend that the date of knowledge may be much after the
date of the order. As such, the limitation would start from
the date of actual knowledge and not the date of order.
Further contends that if the opponent party disputes the
date of knowledge, it is for the party to establish that the
person had knowledge much prior. As the appeal
proceedings are in initial stage of issuance of notice, these
