In view of the proposition laid down by the Division Bench of
Madras High Court in S.Lalitha5, the contention raised by learned counsel
for the petitioners that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate was not
having any authority to authorize an Advocate Commissioner for taking
possession has got no relevance and such contention is fit to be rejected.
