6. In view of the above, the order dated 31.05.2023passed by this Courtin Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24777 of 2023 (Lokendra Singh Vs. State of U.P.) granting bail to the opposite party no. 2, namely, Lokendra Singh in Case Crime No. 39 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Chandpa, District- Hathras, is hereby cancelled.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Deputy Registrar, though in the first paragraph of the letter dated 06.03.2023, has made a reference of the order dated 18.05.2022, he has discussed neither the effect of the order passed in Writ C No.21395 of 2022 (C/M Janta Vidhya Prachar Sabha & another v. State of U.P. & 2 others) nor the order passed in Special Appeal No.24 of 2023 (Lokendra Singh v. State of U.P. & 3 others) and, therefore, seeking explanation from the petitioners was thoroughly unwarranted.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and upon perusal of record, it transpires that though the named first information report came to be lodged against accused persons. However, the co-accused persons, namely, Lokendra and Kallu @ Ranveer have already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.49798 of 2021 (Lokendra vs. State of U.P.) and vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Criminal Misc.
12. The Order/Judgment dated 11.03.2021 of this
Tribunal in Kripal Singh (supra) has been passed by this
very Bench in which various judgments, referred to and
relied upon on behalf of the applicant and those on behalf
of the respondents, have been referred to and considered,
including the judgment in the case of Neeraj Kumar
(supra), and paras 20, 22 and 23 of the said
Order/Judgment dated 11.03.2021 read as under:-
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today, the respondents shall first proceed and decide the application dated 17.08.2022 strictly in accordance with law and also observations made by this Court in the case of Lokendra Singh (Supra), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month thereafter. Only in the event of those issues being decided against the petitioner, matter may proceed on merits."

passed by Allahabad High Court in the case of Lokendra Singh
Vs. State of U.P. and others (Writ Petition No.39558/2022).
Although matter pertained to Panchayat Election wherein it has
been held that in absence of any affidavit verifying the pleadings
under the Panchayat Rules of Uttar Pradesh election petition can
be dismissed.
This criminal revision under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 has been filed against order dated 13.10.2020 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge (POCSO Act), Mahoba in Criminal Appeal No.16 of 2020, (Lokendra Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of order dated 19.8.2020 passed by Juvenile Justice Board in Case Crime No.126 of 2020, under Sections 376-D, 342, 506 I.P.C., under Section 6 Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and under Sections 3(1)Da, 3(1) Dha, 3(2) (5-Ka), 3(2)(5) of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes Act, P.S. Kabrai, District Mahoba whereby a revisionist has been denied bail.
