decision of the learned Single Judge in "Krishnendu Biswas vs.
The State of West Bengal & Ors." dated 26th April, 2023 in order
to emphasize that Shiksha Mitras were treated at par with the
Teachers, Para Teachers and Educator Volunteer in terms of the
Notification dated 16th November, 2010.
