Central Bureau of Investigation", are found to be devoid of merit and are accordingly dismissed and the judgment of conviction and order of sentence is upheld. However, CRA-D-240-D-2019 titled as "Baba Gurmeet Singh @ Maharaj Gurmeet Singh @ Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh" is allowed, the judgment of conviction and order of sentence is set aside and the appellant is acquitted of the charge framed against him.
