State of U.P.) filed before the Appellate Authority/Deputy Commissioner (Stamp) Bareilly Division Bareilly has remained pending. Further, it has been submitted, though the petitioner has deposited more than 50% of the disputed amount of deficient stamp duty of Rs.7,16,120/-, the balance recoveries are also being pursued.
