Modi Alkalies and Chemicals Limited and others, reported in (1989) 4 SCC 264, wherein it is observed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court that in a case where the order has been passed by an officer, different from the one who heard the parties, after considering all the points, does not amount to prejudice. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has further observed that in such a case, the requirement of natural justice can be said to have been complied with.
