Vs. State of M. P. & Ors. reported in 2014(2) JLJ 25. He has also argued that the husband has filed a petition under Sec.13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of divorce on 23/06/2014 and thereafter, the wife has lodged the FIR. 4- This Court has carefully gone through the FIR and the judgment relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioners. No. 2540/2016 directed that the applicants be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) each with two solvent sureties of the like amount in case of each of the applicants to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.

Subsequently, the respondent No.2 has lodged the FIR bearing crime no.267/2014 which is maliciously instituted with an ulterior MCRC.No.1845/2015 motive for wreaking vengeance on the accused/petitioners and with a view to spite them due to personal grudge. Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on the judgment of this Court dated 13.02.2014 pronounced in Ravikant Dubey and others Vs. State of M.P. and another decided as M.Cr.C.No.5944/2012.
