In a Division Bench decision of this Court rendered in Jagdish Saran v. Jaidai Kunwar AIR 1933 All 903, which on principle bears similarity to the present case it has been held that when a question of title to property in dispute is involved, the value of the property would be the determining factor as regards jurisdiction.
