pending consideration by the Vigilance Bureau and is being
looked into by this Court in the proceedings arising out of
CWJC No.8908 of 2011 in the case of Uma Shankar v. State of
Bihar and others. In view thereof, it is considered expedient that
the matter be listed along with CWJC No.8908 of 2011.
