2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for quashing the summoning order dated 08.12.2021 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi in Crl. Case No.16722 of 2021 "State vs. Lalu" arising out of Crime No.242 of 2020, under Sections 363, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Harodi and also quashing the charge sheet no.480 of 2020, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Hardoi so far as it relates to the applicant.
