A perusal of the order sheets in case No.3/2020, State Vs.
Smt. Lalita Devi (Annexure-1) as well as order dated dated
05.02.2021 reveals prima facie that the order impugned came to
be passed without effecting service of summons on the petitioner
in terms of Sections 59 and 60 of the Act of 1956.
