34. The learned counsel also placed reliance on another decision of this
Court in Pollachi Sarvodaya Sangh v. The Assistant Commissioner of
Labour, Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, reported
in MANU/TN/6525/2019, wherein the Court held as follows:
