The learned counsel for the petitioner would rely upon the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.3570 of 2003, dated 02.02.2007 in Management of Institute of Road Transport Technology, Erode Vs. S.Arumugam and Others, wherein, this Court has held that 'the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India can be quashed the award of the Labour Court when the same is vitiated by apparent errors of law and misreading of the facts'.
