1. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance
and intentional disobedience of the order dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure P-1)
passed in CRM-M-54805-2025 titled Sukhvir Kaur Vs. State of Punjab &
others whereby direction was issued to Senior Superintendent of Police,
Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur to decide the representation dated 07.08.2025,
filed by the petitioner within one month by passing a speaking order.
