A reference may be made to an order dated 27.03.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the writ petition, WP(C) No. 7919/2018 (Jalekha Khatun vs The Union of India and 6 Ors.), wherein it was held that a certificate issued by a Gaonbura containing the State Emblem of India, like Ext.E in the instant case, cannot be regarded as valid and acceptable document rendering the said certificate inadmissible in evidence.
