Bhavya Pipe Industry, 2022 SCC OnLine Del 1730, which has been overruled by the Division Bench of Hon'ble High Court in the case of Pankaj Ravjibhai Patel v. SSS Pharmachem (P) Ltd., 2023 SCC OnLine Del 7013, by overruling the directions contained in Para 66 (iv) and (v) of Vishal Pipes.
