The learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand relied on an unreported decision of the very same learned Judge made in W.P.No.4764 of 2010 dated 16.4.2010 (M/s.Reil Electricals India Limited Vs. C.B.E.&C. And Others) and contended that if there is prima facie material available, such restriction order can be passed pending adjudication.
