12. Reliance placed by the appellants on the decision of this Tribunal
in case of Mangalore Stock Exchange v/s SEBI reported in (2006) 67
SCL 27 is misplaced because, that decision dealt with the maintainability
of appeal before this Tribunal, whereas, in the present case, no such
question arises.
