Counsel submits that the petitioner was appointed as a part time Sweeper on 01.09.1984 and is continuing as such till date without any break. The claim raised in the present writ petition is as regards regularization in service. Counsel would submit that identically situated employees had approached this Court earlier in point of time by filing CWP No. 18836 of 2011 titled as Surender & others Vs. State of Haryana & others and in which, directions had been issued to consider the claim for regularization. Counsel further adverts to an order dated 30.11.2012 (Annexure P-4) passed by the District Education Officer, Panipat, whereby such employees had been granted the requisite benefit. Petitioner seeks parity of treatment.
