Bikramjit Singh @ Vicky And Others vs State Of Punjab on 21 October, 2013
Vide this common judgment, I intend to dispose of two
criminal appeals bearing CRA NO. S-1428-SB of 2003 titled as,
"Bikramjit Singh @ Vicky and others v. State of Punjab" and
CRA No. S-1657 of 2003 titled as, "Sansar Chand and
another v. State of Punjab", as the same have arisen out of
the same judgment. However, for convenience the facts are being
taken from CRA No. S-1428-SB of 2003.
