He also cited judgment of hon'ble Kerala High Court in case titled as Vinodan @ Bose v. State of Kerala, 2008 (1) KLJ 226. This judgment is also with respect to offence under S. 306 IPC and 498 A IPC. In the said judgment it was held that willful conduct given in S. 498 A IPC so as to constitute cruelty cannot be defined in strait jacket formula. There is no quarrel with legal proposition.
